- Yes — it is Doug and his son. Same two pairs of hands, same truck, every week. That is on purpose: when one of us misses something on your property, the other one notices it. You are never handed off to someone who has never seen your yard.
- Yes, but we prefer weekly customers — the lawn stays healthier and our pricing is better when we know we will be on the property every Tuesday for years. We do one-time cuts for pre-listing yard prep and out-of-town family.
- Monthly, flat rate, on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine if you prefer it — just say so. Check, Zelle, or Venmo. No subscription apps or contracts.
- We handle a few small commercial properties around Forney and one HOA common-area contract in Heath. For anything larger we are honest about whether we are the right fit. Send the address and the scope and we will walk it before quoting.
- Yes — general liability on the truck and the crew. Happy to send the certificate of insurance to a property manager or HOA board on request.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You hear from us if it slips beyond that. Heavy rain weeks in Forney we sometimes run Saturday to catch up — we will text the night before either way.
